Prices include registration fees and conference materials. Prices do not include transportation, lodging, meals, or snacks.
* Groups of 15 or more may contact our Groups Coordinator (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) to find out about group perks and obtain a code for special pricing. If you add individuals to your group after the rate increase, the new registrations will be charged according to the new rates. Groups include individuals from a single physical church or organization location. Combining groups from multiple church locations or organizations to receive the group discount is not permissible.

PAYMENT
Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or e-check. All registration fees will be collected in full at the time of your registration in either the form of a credit card payment or an e-check payment. If paying by e-check, you will need to have the physical check in your hand in order to provide the information required for processing your payment and completing the registration process.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE THAT “COMBO REGISTRATIONS,” WHICH INCLUDE A VOUCHER FOR THE ORANGE TOUR 2013 AND THE ORANGE CONFERENCE 2014, MAY NOT BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME. THIS APPLIES TO BOTH THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AS WELL AS THE TOUR REGISTRATION.
The following cancellation policies are only applicable to “Conference Only” registrations that do not include a voucher for Orange Tour.
CANCELLATIONS ON OR BEFORE MARCH 13, 2014
Registrations cancelled on or before March 13, 2014, will be issued an Orange account credit for the full registration amount, less a $50/person cancellation fee. Credit may be used in one of the following ways within 12 months of the date of cancellation: First Look curriculum purchase or renewal, 252 Basics curriculum purchase or renewal, XP3 curriculum purchase or renewal, YouLead purchase or renewal, Camp KidJam registration, Orange Tour registration, The Orange Conference 2015 registration. Optionally, registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization for no fee. Cancellations must be done online at www.TheOrangeConference.com by logging into your organization’s account and following the cancellation procedures. Requests to cancel made by email or telephone will not be honored.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER MARCH 13, 2014
Cancellation credit to an Orange account or refunds will not be issued for registrations cancelled after March 13, 2014, or no shows at the event. Cancellations must be done online at www.TheOrangeConference.com by logging into your organization’s account and following the cancellation procedures. Requests to cancel made by email or telephone will not be honored.

Transferring or reselling a ticket to another person outside of your church or organization will forfeit your entire group registration.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization for no fee. Transfers may be completed online by your group leader by logging into your organization’s account and assigning a new name to the registration. Transferring or reselling a registration to another person outside of your church or organization will forfeit your entire group registration.
CHILDREN AND CHILDCARE
While families are extremely important to us at Orange, we are unable to accommodate children at this conference, and children will not be allowed in the main sessions or in breakouts. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, we will provide a nursing room with live video of the main sessions only, but you will have to provide offsite childcare during non-feeding times.
WAITING LIST
Once we have reached our maximum conference capacity for The Orange Conference, a waiting list will be opened. Names will be added to the list in the order that we receive them, and they will be removed from the list in the same order, as space becomes available. We will not give any priority to churches/organizations who already have a group attending or to those who have already purchased airline tickets. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE CONFIRMED TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE BEFORE PURCHASING AIRLINE TICKETS.
Waiting lists will not be created or managed for any breakouts or Preconference workshops that sell out.
MODEL AGREEMENT
Videos, photographs and audio clips are taken at all conferences to be used for future promotional material. By registering to attend The Orange Conference, you are giving permission on behalf of each person in your group to The reThink Group to use your picture in promotional materials.

GROUP LEADER TRANSFERS
A group leader may elect to choose a different person to serve as the group leader at any time. This change may be made online by logging into your organization’s account and assigning a new name next to the group leader heading. Please be aware that any “Combo Registrations” that have a change of group leader for their Orange Conference registrations will automatically have a change of group leader for their Orange Tour registrations.
ORANGE TOUR VOUCHERS
When you purchase a “Combo Registration” you are purchasing a registration for The Orange Conference 2014 and an Orange Tour 2013 registration. The voucher is stored electronically in the Orange database, and it will remain associated with the profile of the group leader that purchased it, unless the group leader is changed. (See above.).
The voucher does not guarantee a space at any specific Orange Tour location. The voucher must be redeemed in order to guarantee a space at the Orange Tour 2013 location of your choice. If your preferred location is sold out, you may opt to be placed on a waiting list and redeem your voucher if a space becomes available.
REDEEMING ORANGE TOUR VOUCHERS
When you are ready to register for the Orange Tour 2013, the group leader that purchased the voucher may proceed with the online registration process. The electronic voucher will automatically be applied to any registrations that are being purchased.
