What Is It?

XP3 College - actually our name is sort of misleading. We’re not just for people in college. In fact, a more accurate name would be XP3 College Age, but that just doesn’t have the same feel to it. Plus it makes it seem like some type of anthropological term. But don’t worry. We don’t produce resources that use anthropological terms. We like smaller words, real words, conversational words.

In fact, that’s what XP3 College is all about it—facilitating conversations between college age people and other, older adults. Whether it’s through one-on-one mentoring or small groups, XP3 College provides resources to help facilitate conversation and connect mentors and college age people. (And by college age, we mean 18-25.)

XP3 College will make its official debut in January 2011. But in this “in between,” we encourage you to find out more about the hows, why and heart behind these resources in the book The Slow Fade by Reggie Joiner, Abbie Smith and Chuck Bomar.

And bookmark this site because in the coming months, we’ll be rolling out more information than a rabid football fan at a sports trivia night. (Okay, maybe not that much.)
