Coaching Options

CHURCH COACHING PROCESS:

In Orange Church Coaching, your church will be assigned their very own coach to come on-site and give your staff and congregation timely and contextual guidance. This coach will not only provide your staff and members with specific information personalized for the needs of your church, but also equip, train and cast vision for your staff and members that is distinct just for your set of issues and goals.  Think of it as your own mini Orange Conference that is designed to address your issues, with your unique staff, within your unique culture, with the unique personality of your church. You can’t get any more specific than that. And the more specific you can address your issues, the more ground you can advance.

As far as our coaches go, they are trusted representatives of all things Orange who have used our resources and curriculum for a number of years. They are accomplished ministry leaders, often speaking on our behalf at events. Skilled at presenting our overall strategy as well as translating it to your specific situation, we are confident that you’ll love them as much as we do.

After you fill out the online form, we’ll contact you and answer any questions you have about the Church Coaching process. If you’re on board, we’ll send you an application. Once we receive your full application and $300 deposit, then we’ll pair you up with one of our coaches who will contact you to schedule a time to visit your church. DETAILS:

  • One on-site visit from a certified Orange Coach
  • Initial phone consultation to assess needs, and explain church coaching program and content
  • Cost:
    • < 1000 in attendance [$1,000 for one day; $1,500 for two days] + travel expenses
    • 1000-2,500 in attendance [$1,500 for one day; $2,000 for two days] + travel expenses
    • 2,500+ in attendance [$2,000 for one day; $2,500 for two days] + travel expenses

  • A deposit of $300 is due in order to secure a coach and a date

 

REQUIREMENTS: There are several things we require from you in order to be coached.

  • A fully completed application must be submitted (including the Troubleshooting and Orange-ometer forms)
  • A letter of recommendation from the Senior Pastor
  • The financial backing to pay the full coaching price, including the $300 deposit

PERSONAL COACHING PROCESS:

In Orange Personal Coaching, one person will be assigned their very own coach that has extensive ministry experience. Our coaches are trusted representatives of all things Orange who have used our resources and curriculum for a number of years. They are accomplished ministry leaders, often speaking on our behalf at events. Skilled at presenting our overall strategy as well as translating it to your specific situation, we are confident that you’ll love them as much as we do.

After you fill out the online form, we’ll contact you and fully explain the Personal Coaching program. If it’s something you want to move forward with, then we’ll send you an application. Once we receive your completed application and a $300 deposit, then we’ll begin pairing you up with one of our coaches.  If you have any additional questions, please contact [email protected].

Each month will have a similar structured time with your coach.

  • Week one: Personal contact by your coach to assess top needs, set goals, then develop a strategy for implementation
  • Week two: Discuss YouLead (online leadership curriculum) with your coach via email and any previous work assigned
  • Week three: Receive follow-up communication to assess progress via email
  • Week four: Receive follow-up communication to assess progression and give feedback to sustain forward momentum via email

DETAILS:

  • Personal Length of Coaching: 6 months
  • Cost: $1,500 ($300 deposit and $200 per month thereafter)
  • Initial phone consultation to assess needs and explain your personalized coaching program
  • Time given by Orange: At least 90 minutes of one-on-one time with your coach via phone or Skype each month and weekly follow-up emails

 

REQUIREMENTS:
There are several things we require from you in order to secure a coach and start date.

  • A fully completed application must be submitted (including the Troubleshooting and Orange-ometer form)
  • A letter of recommendation from your Senior Pastor
  • The financial backing to pay the full coaching price, including the $300 deposit
  • Once we receive your Personal Coaching application, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $300. At the beginning of each of the six months you will be charged $200, for a total of $1,500.
